2.Eligibility
To purchase or engage in any transaction with Reha Developers, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts.

Plot Availability: All plot listings are subject to availability. Prices, dimensions, and other details are subject to change without notice.
Accuracy: We make every effort to provide accurate information about plots. However, Reha Developers does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on the website or in marketing materials.
Third-Party Content: Some content or information may be provided by third-party sources. Reha Developers is not responsible for the accuracy of such content.
4.Reservation and Purchase
Booking: A plot reservation is only confirmed after payment of the booking amount specified by Reha Developers.
Agreement of Sale: After booking, a formal Agreement of Sale will be executed between the buyer and Reha Developers.
Cancellations: Any cancellation requests must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply as per company policy.
5.Payment Terms
Schedule: Payment schedules will be communicated to the buyer at the time of purchase. Timely payment is essential for securing your rights to the plot.
Default: Failure to make payments as per the agreed schedule may result in cancellation of the plot reservation and forfeiture of any paid amount.
Taxes and Fees: All taxes, registration fees, and other applicable charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
6.Ownership and Title
Clear Title: Reha Developers ensures that the plots offered for sale have a clear title. Upon full payment, legal title to the property will be transferred to the buyer.
Legal Assistance: Buyers are encouraged to seek independent legal advice before entering into any agreement.
7.Liability
Limitation of Liability: Reha Developers will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or property transactions.
Discrepancies: Any discrepancies between the buyer’s expectations and the actual property dimensions or conditions must be reported within 15 days of purchase.
8.Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute, the buyer and Reha Developers agree to first attempt mediation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to arbitration, as per the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
9. Termination
Reha Developers reserves the right to terminate any agreement or transaction if any of the terms and conditions are breached by the buyer.
